Weekly Dinner Specials
Each week La Cabaña features three different dinner entreés available at 5:30 daily. The lunch menu continues through dinner time. Both menus are also available at the window to go or on the patio weather permitting.

- Chicken with Leeks & Yellow Pepper Sauce
- Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- Huachinango (red snapper) with Rojo Sauce Sauce
Comes with black beans & rice or salad. This week's vegetables squash and red cabbage.

- Chicken Filled with Pineapple & Cheese with Pineapple Chipotle Sauce
- Bistec Ranchero with Salsa Fresca

- Chicken Breast with Fresh Basil Cream Sauce stuffed with Baby Spinach & Cheese
- Pork Carnitas with Green Salsa & Avocado
- Camarones (Shrimp) with Nopales (Cactus)

Miguel creates the dinner menu each week, typically with a chicken dish, a beef, pork or lamb dish, and a seafood dish.
Served with fresh vegetables and/or fresh ensalada, and black beans and rice, Miguel's specials are one of a kind.
